Dr. Hagos has spent more than three decades helping people take their lives back from pain. He trained in anesthesiology and pain management at New York Medical College, joined Washington Hospital Center as an attending physician in 1992, and went on to serve as its Director of Pain Management.
In 2003 he founded this practice to bring that same level of care closer to home. Today he focuses on all aspects of interventional pain management, with a special emphasis on conditions of the lower back and neck.
His approach is simple: listen first. The best treatment plan starts with understanding your pain, your history, and what you want to get back to.

Lucia Moutoux, FNP-C, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Lucia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her career as an X-ray technologist before earning her BSN from the University of Maryland Global Campus and her MSN from Walden University.
She spent 17 years at Mercy Medical Center and specializes in interventional pain management. Born in Tuscany, Italy, she brings warmth and a global perspective to every visit.
